Quick Summary

The NoiseFit Twist Go is Noise's entry-level round smartwatch for people who want Bluetooth calling, basic health tracking and a metal-look case without spending much. It sits at the budget end, around the ₹1,600 mark for the standard silicone version. Its strength is the price-to-feature mix; its compromise is a plain TFT screen and no built-in GPS. For first-time buyers and casual users the trade is easy to accept, because the basics of calling, notifications, sleep and heart rate tracking are all covered in a light, good-looking watch.

Design & Build Quality

The round dial and metallic finish give the Twist Go a more grown-up look than most watches at this price. The case is metal, and the 22 mm strap fits easily with common third-party bands. The functional crown is a nice touch and makes scrolling feel natural. It is a lightweight watch that suits slim and average wrists. Colour choice is wide, from simple black and pink to metal link and Elite strap versions that look quite different on the wrist.

The IP67 rating covers sweat, splashes and rain, which is enough for daily wear and workouts. It is not meant for swimming or showers, so treat it as a rain-and-sweat watch.

Display

The 1.39-inch TFT screen is clear indoors and fine for reading notifications, but it is not as rich as the AMOLED panels now appearing a little higher up the range. Colours look average and the 240 × 240 resolution keeps text readable without being crisp. Outdoors under strong sun you will need to raise the brightness. More than 100 watch faces are available, and the cloud faces let you change the look often.

Calling & Everyday Use

Bluetooth calling is the headline feature. You can see caller names, reject calls, use the dial pad and open call logs from the wrist, which is handy when your phone is in a bag. An AI voice assistant helps with quick commands. The watch pairs with Android 9 and above or iOS 17 and above through the NoiseFit app, and Bluetooth 5.3 keeps the link steady within normal room range.

Health & Fitness Tracking

You get 24/7 heart rate monitoring, SpO2, sleep tracking, stress measurement and a female cycle tracker, along with steps and activity history. These are wellness tools for trends, not medical measurements. Heart rate is sampled every five minutes, so it is fine for daily patterns but not for fast interval training. More than 100 sports modes cover most gym and outdoor activities, though without built-in GPS the distance depends on your phone.

Battery Life & Charging

Noise claims up to seven days of typical use and up to 30 days on standby, and charging takes about two hours. With Bluetooth calling used often, expect a little less, but a full week for a light user is realistic for this class. A charging cable is supplied in the box.

Features Assessment

The features that matter most are calling, notifications and the health basics, and all work as expected for the price. Extras such as weather, world clock, reminders, stopwatch and do not disturb are useful and well placed. There is no built-in GPS, so this is not a watch for runners who want to leave the phone at home.

Ease of Use

Setup through the NoiseFit app is simple and the watch interface is easy to learn, with the crown helping navigation. Changing straps is quick, and the app keeps your history in one place.

Value for Money

The standard silicone version starts at about ₹1,599 on the brand's own store and major shops, with the metal link versions near ₹1,799 and the Elite metal versions near ₹1,899. At these prices the Twist Go offers calling, a metal case and a week of battery life, which few rivals match together. Watches with AMOLED screens cost more, so this one wins on value rather than display quality. The 1-year warranty is standard.

Who Should Buy It?

First-time smartwatch buyers, students, and anyone who wants a secondary or gifting watch with calling and fitness basics will be well served. It also suits people who like changing straps and watch faces.

Who Should Consider Alternatives?

Runners and cyclists who need built-in GPS, people who want a bright AMOLED screen, and anyone who needs swim-proof water resistance should look at higher-priced watches instead.

Editorial Verdict

The NoiseFit Twist Go is a sensible first smartwatch. It combines a round metal-finish case, Bluetooth calling, the usual health trackers and about a week of battery life in a package that costs very little. The compromises are easy to see: the TFT screen is plain, there is no built-in GPS, heart rate is sampled only every few minutes and the IP67 rating is for splashes rather than swimming. None of these is a surprise at this level, and none spoils everyday use. If you want to answer calls from the wrist, track steps and sleep, and enjoy changing straps and watch faces, the Twist Go does all of that without fuss. If you run or cycle seriously, or you want a bright AMOLED display, step up to a more advanced model. For most casual buyers, this is a simple, good-looking and honest budget choice that does what it promises and asks for little in return.
